*GIFT CARDS – Gift Cards can only be used for retail products and/or (facials, peels, waxing, lash extensions) provided by Stephanie Reed, Licensed Esthetician.  Gift Card amount minimum is $25.  *All gift cards expire 5 years from date of purchase, and are non-refundable.  *Each time a service appointment is made with Beauty Renew to use a gift card, a minimum 72-hour notice is required for any reschedules or cancellations.  The reschedule or cancellation request must be made by calling or texting 704-524-9596, not by email or in person.  If the notice is between 24 and 71 hours, a $20 reschedule/cancellation fee will be deducted from the gift card balance.  If the notice is less than 24 hours, or if the client does not show up (no-show), a $69 cancellation fee will be deducted from the gift card balance.  After the first reschedule/cancellation, a non-refundable deposit/pre-payment of the second appointment may be required.  **THE STRICT POLICIES ABOVE ARE DUE TO VERY LIMITED SCHEDULE AVAILABILITY, AND THE STEADY INCREASE OF GIFT CARD USERS NOT TAKING THEIR APPOINTMENTS SERIOUSLY (RESULTING IN A LOSS OF TIME AND MONEY FOR BEAUTY RENEW).
